Health data
Health data means personal data related to the physical or mental health of a natural person, including the provision of health care services, which reveals information about their health status. Health data is classified as sensitive personal data under the DPA 2020 and may only be processed under specific conditions, such as explicit consent or a necessity ground relating to healthcare.
