Why we built this
Jamaica's Data Protection Act, 2020 applies to organisations of every size, but most small and medium businesses do not have in-house privacy expertise. We built Jamaica Privacy Hub to turn the Act into clear, practical steps: know what data you hold, tell people how you use it, protect it, and stay on top of your obligations over time.
