64,—(1) This section applies to any record which—
(a) hasbeen or is to be obtained by a data subject in the exercise relating to of aright conferred by section 6 (right to access personal na data; and
(b) consists of the information contained in any health record.
(2) Any term or condition ofa contract is void in so far as it purports to require an individual—
(a) to supply any other person witha record to which this section applies, or with a copy of such record or part of such a record; or
(b) to produce to any other person such a record, copy or part.
