60. The Minister may, after consultation with the Minister
seep ere" responsible for foreign affairs, make regulations as to co-operation by the Commissioner with authorities in foreign States exercising functions analogous to those of the Commissioner under this Act, in connection with the performance of their respective duties and, in particular, as to the exchange of information with such authorities.
