Section 56. Reports and guidelines to be laid before Parliament

56.—(1) The Commissioner shall lay annually before each House guidelines ‘0 of Parliament a report on the exercise of the Commissioner’s functions Parliament. under this Act.

(2) The Commissioner may from time to time lay before each House of Parliament such other reports with respect to those functions as the Commissioner thinks fit.

(3) Where the Commissioner prepares or approves guidelines under section 4(5)(e), the Commissioner shall lay the guidelines before each House of Parliament.
