Introducing the free Compliance Health Check

Many business owners know they should be doing something about data protection but are not sure where they stand or what to tackle first. The new free Compliance Health Check answers exactly that.

What it does

The Health Check asks a short series of plain-language questions tailored to your sector. From your answers it produces a Compliance Readiness score out of 100, a band from "Getting started" to "Strong", and a prioritised list of the actions that will improve your position the most.

Nothing about it is designed to catch you out. The questions mirror the real obligations under the Data Protection Act, 2020, and the results are private to your account.

Why a score helps

Compliance can feel abstract. Turning it into a single, trackable number makes progress visible: you can see what you have already done, what remains outstanding and what to do next. As you complete actions and retake the check, your score moves, which keeps momentum going.

Turning results into action

Each Health Check result seeds your Action Plan with concrete tasks, so the diagnosis flows straight into doing. From there the platform's tools, the Personal Data Register, Policy Centre, Risk Centre and privacy notice generator, help you close the gaps.
